Once your order and payment are confirmed, LKQ Experts Parts begins processing by coordinating with our suppliers to confirm the availability, condition, and shipping readiness of your purchase. Suppliers provide product images after removing the item from the vehicle and returning it to their facility. These images are shared with you for review. You have 7 working days from order completion and payment confirmation to review and approve these photos. Approval must occur within 2 working days.

For small items, shipping is to the billing address linked to your debit or credit card. Larger items, like engines or transmissions, are shipped to commercial addresses. We require the full business name, address, and, if possible, a landmark, along with the contact details of someone at the business location who can confirm delivery details.
Upon receiving your component, inspect the packaging for any damage. If damage is observed, note it while signing the bill of lading. Retain a copy of the invoice and inform us promptly via the provided contact information.
